Brent Werner is a second generation owner of Werner Restoration. At a very young age, Brent’s dad Ken Werner had him shadowing him on job site visits and “helping” him build the two car garage that was one of the very first locations for then Werner Construction. As time went on, Brent spent most of his summer and winter breaks from school helping out the Werner team.
2nd Generation Ownership
In 2009 Brent graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska and decided to join the Werner Restoration team within the marketing department. After serving as the marketing director, Brent took on the role of operations manager, overseeing all of Werner Restoration’s production.
Eventually, as Ken and Teresa were nearing retirement, Brent took over as President / General Manager of Werner Restoration and has held that title ever since.
Rebecca Werner grew up in Omaha Nebraska and also graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Fisheries and Wildlife. During Rebecca’s college years she worked her way up into a manager’s role at Target and upon graduation, moved to the Quad Cities and continued her career with Target. In her free time both in Nebraska and the Quad Cities, Rebecca enjoyed volunteering at the Lincoln Zoo, Henry Doorly Zoo and the Niabi Zoo.
Wanting a career change, Rebecca joined the Werner Restoration team as a team coordinator within the mitigation department in 2013. Rebecca’s attention to detail paid off greatly as she worked her way up into the office manager’s position. After a few years within the office manager’s position, she took on her current role as the company’s CFO.
Continuing the Legacy
Brent and Rebecca got married in 2012 in Lincoln Nebraska. They have been blessed with three wonderful girls Isabel, Mia and Mardel and live in rural Geneseo.
