We sincerely appreciate your trust in Werner Restoration’s services. As you’re probably well aware, we are facing unprecedented times in our country. As a result of that, there are certain precautions that we must take in order to protect you as a valued customer as well as our valued team members. We will be asking you basic questions. The questions I am referring to are the following: Does anyone in your home or place of business currently have a fever or has anyone with a fever been in your home or place of business in the past 14 days? The other question is, has anyone at your home or place of business been out of the country or on a plane in the past 14 days? Or, has anyone been in your home over the past 14 days that was recently out of the country or on a plane? If, you would be so kind as to answer those simple questions for our staff, we would be sincerely grateful.
As a result of these unprecedented times, our team members will require certain types of basic personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the situation. This may range from an N95 mask and gloves, to full coverall PPE with a full–face respirator. These resources came at a cost to Werner and will be billed out at the same industry standard pricing software used long before the outbreak.
